Any new products, features, or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: You must be 21 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Small Ass Vineyard.  Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires a sober adult that is 21 years or older.

Wine is perishable. Wine does not like extreme hot or cold weather as it may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment.

Small Ass Vineyard is not responsible for, and will not replace, wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions. Once your wine is picked up by the shipping carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the purchaser’s responsibility.

At this time, we are only able to ship inside of California.

Small Ass Vineyard accepts credit cards, we do not require a minimum purchase.
